Our class has the wonderful opportunity to be a part of an integrated art program through the Museum of Northwest Art in LaConnor, Washington. In class, we will be finding ways to integrate art into other content areas of the curriculum. We will also be visiting the museum 3 times throughout the year to view the changing exhibits and do art activities. We will have 3 visits from an artist who will connect what we are learning in class and what we learned at the museum into an art activity.
